We spend so much of our lives being told our bodies aren’t enough. We’re shown images of the “ideal,” sold endless diets and routines, and taught to believe that if we keep trying harder, we’ll finally fix our bodies and live a happy life.

But what if your body isn’t the problem?

As a breath, body and voice coach based in San Francisco my focus is on helping women unlock the strength and ease already inside their bodies so they can thrive in any stage of life. ​ Women, in particular, spend a good deal of their lives navigating extreme changes to their bodies (pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause), but most fitness or training programs don't give you a way to trust your body where it is now - flaws and all.
The realist is it's much easier to feel strong and pain-free when we're using our body and our breath correctly.. With some education and simple exercises I show you how to build confidence in your body and stay present for the things that matter most.
